Day 1
Step 1 — Your Intake Form
When you enrol, you'll complete a short intake questionnaire. Your goals, your history, your lifestyle, where you are in your hormonal journey. This is not admin. This is Catherine learning who you are before she meets you.


Step 2 — Your Welcome Call

Before anything is delivered, Catherine calls you on WhatsApp. Thirty minutes. Just the two of you. She'll walk you through what's coming, answer any questions, and introduce you to SPARK™ — showing you how simple it is to begin using straight away. By the end of that call, you will know exactly what to expect. And you will feel, for the first time, that someone genuinely understands where you are.

Step 3 — Your Welcome Pack Arrives

Your first modules land along with SPARK™. Spend a few days getting familiar with it — begin logging your meals, your energy, your moods, your hunger. When you feel ready, take your Day 1 measurements — weight, body measurements, photos. This is your honest starting point. The number that will tell your story thirty days from now.

The first days — settling in
There is no pressure to race ahead. Catherine will give you time to find your rhythm — to begin using SPARK, to start logging your meals, your energy, your moods, your hunger. Not with judgement. With curiosity.

The modules arrive — one at a time 
Every two to three days, the next module arrives — accompanied by a personal WhatsApp message from Catherine. 
Each one builds on the last. The science unfolds layer by layer. The understanding deepens. This is not information overload. It is deliberate, considered education — the kind that changes how you think, not just what you do.


Weekly check-ins with Catherine
Once a week, you and Catherine speak. A proper conversation — not a quick message. She will ask what has jumped out at you. What felt familiar. What felt completely new. What choices you've made differently this week, even small ones.
