If, after genuinely engaging with the programme and the included support, it becomes clear that RESET 3-2-1 is not the right fit for you at this time, we’ll discuss appropriate next steps on a case-by-case basis.

The gentle overnight fast is optional and can be adjusted. The core 3-2-1 eating framework (3 meals, 2 snacks) works even without extended fasting. We'll show you how to adapt it.

Instead of tracking every calorie, you simply log your choices – whether you had higher-fat meals, skipped movement, or indulged in treats – and SPARK calculates your points and predicts your results. SPARK is your intelligent tracking companion. Each day, you earn points based on your choices within the 3-2-1 framework. Higher fat meals? You'll earn fewer points. Skip movement? Fewer points.  Indulge in treats or alcohol? Fewer points. But stay on track with lean proteins, plenty of movement, and skip the extras? Maximum points. SPARK tallies your daily score and shows you your status - FLYING, EXCELLENT, GOOD, SLOW or WARNING. This isn't punishment: it's prediction. You control your transformation, SPARK just shows you want to expect based on your choices.

After the initial 30-day Kickstart phase, you’ll continue using the programme independently, following the same RESET 3-2-1 framework.
From Month 2 onwards, optional ongoing support is available through the RESET Circle for those who want continued accountability, guidance, and connection — while remaining fully in control of their own pace.

No. The core programme is complete and designed to work independently. The RESET Circle provides additional ongoing support for those who want continued connection and accountability.
You keep lifetime access to the core programme and SPARK. You'll lose access to ongoing check-ins, the community platform, and future premium SPARK features.
Premium features are currently in development. All programme owners will automatically receive the upgraded basic version at no additional cost. Advanced coaching features within SPARK will be available to RESET Circle members when released.
The RESET Circle is available after you complete Month 1 of the programme. This ensures you've had time to fully engage with the system before deciding if ongoing support is valuable to you.
