Last updated: 01/02/2026

1. About RESET 3-2-1

RESET 3-2-1 is a digital wellbeing and lifestyle programme designed to support habit change around eating, energy, and mindset. It includes educational materials, guidance, and optional tools to support self-reflection and personal progress.

The programme is created and delivered by Catherine Raleigh.

2. Not Medical Advice

RESET 3-2-1 is not a medical programme and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice.

The content is educational and supportive in nature and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking medication, you should consult your GP or healthcare provider before making changes to your diet or lifestyle.

3. Eligibility

By purchasing or accessing RESET 3-2-1, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old

  • You are participating voluntarily

  • You understand that results vary from person to person

4. Access to the Programme

When you purchase RESET 3-2-1, you receive digital access to programme materials according to the option you have chosen.

Access is provided for personal use only and must not be shared, copied, resold, or distributed without written permission.

We reserve the right to update or improve programme content over time to ensure accuracy and quality.

5. SPARK Tracker and Tools

Any digital tools or trackers provided (including SPARK) are intended as supportive companions, not monitoring or diagnostic tools.

Use of these tools is optional and designed to encourage awareness, not perfection.

6. Support and Communication

Support is provided as described at the time of purchase and may include written responses, sessions, or guidance.

Catherine personally reads and responds to enquiries and support messages within reasonable working hours. Response times may vary, but every effort is made to reply promptly.

RESET 3-2-1 does not offer emergency support.

7. Refund Policy

RESET 3-2-1 is a guided programme that requires participation and engagement, particularly during the early stages.

During pilot phases, our priority is to support you properly rather than offer a no-questions-asked refund. If you are struggling, not seeing progress, or feeling unsure at any point, we encourage you to reach out so we can understand what’s happening and help you get back on track.

If, after genuinely engaging with the programme and making use of the included support, it becomes clear that RESET 3-2-1 is not the right fit for you at this time, we will discuss appropriate next steps on a case-by-case basis.

Any refund decisions are made at our discretion and in line with consumer rights applicable to digital services.

8. Personal Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Your results depend on your individual circumstances and engagement

  • No specific outcomes are guaranteed

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing

RESET 3-2-1 supports change but does not replace personal responsibility.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials within the RESET 3-2-1 programme are the intellectual property of RESET 3-2-1 and Catherine Raleigh.

This includes, but is not limited to:
