BEHAVIOUR — Modules 6–10 
Where understanding becomes action

Meal planning, movement, mindset, identity, and daily habits. 
This is where the knowledge from the Foundation section becomes the life you actually live. 



LIVING IT — Modules 11–15
Where everything becomes yours

Tracking, troubleshooting, progress, maintenance, and the 30-Day Kickstart Plan.
This is not the end of the journey — it is where the journey becomes permanent.



This is why the programme begins with Read and Absorb before Begin. 
Because each section builds on the last. 
And when you arrive at Living It — you are ready.
